Privacy Policy

Mailing Bot is a B2B email automation service operated as a Telegram Mini App. It lets businesses draft, schedule, and send emails through their own Gmail account — directly from within Telegram.

When you connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth, we request the following scope:

• Gmail Send (gmail.send) — allows Mailing Bot to send emails on your behalf.

We do not read, index, or store the contents of your inbox. We only use the send permission to dispatch emails you have explicitly composed or scheduled.

• OAuth tokens (access & refresh) are stored encrypted in our PostgreSQL database and used solely to send emails on your behalf.
• Email metadata (recipient, subject, timestamp) is logged for delivery tracking and flow management.
• Telegram user ID is stored to link your account inside the Mini App.

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on secure infrastructure. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all network communication. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or Google user data with third parties, except as required by law.

You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Profile screen. When you disconnect, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. Residual delivery logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes, then permanently deleted.
